Return Policy


At Pointsource, it is our goal to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Should you not be happy with an item you purchased or received, please, contact us so that we may try our best to assist you to resolve your issue(s).

RETURNS

A return claim can be reported within 7 days of purchase for Used Items 10 days for New Items 


·        Pointsource accepts items in original unused condition with all accessories complete or fair condition for Used items. Full Refund less delivery cost will be issued within 48hours of receipt. Payment would be made in same method of purchase.


·       Pointsource accepts items that arrive in dead condition, faulty or manufacturer's defect only within the return period. We will either refund, replace or repair at our option. Full Refund with delivery will be issued within 48hours of receipt of item on confirmation. In other cases, items would be replaced like for like or for a better model at an additional cost. Please, allow upto 10 business days for replacement/repair option.


Buyer is responsible for return shipping after return period


Returns not meeting the terms of this policy may be refused


Please, fill the Return Form immediately. We'll contact you within 72hours after a claim is received


WARRANTY        


Warranty Starts from Date of Purchase.  All Warranty after the Return period is Repair                                                                        


Pointsource Limited Warranty covers Used items and certain New items.


Duration of coverage: 2weeks - 3months cover and depends on Product Category. Please, see Warranty Table

Manufacturer's Warranty covers Branded New products such as HP, Dell,Sony, Samsung                          

Duration of coverage: 1/2 year warranty

For items under Manufacturer's Warranty, it is the responsibility of customers to visit  appropriate service centers with their faulty/malfunctioned items to lodge complaints.


Please note, warranty does not cover spills, oil and water damage, physical damage, cosmetic issues such as color, change of mind and damage caused by power surges.
