GENERAL

>> What Condition of Items Do You Sell?

We sell both Brandnew and Used items. All used items are “Foreign used & working". We categorize it into Likenew and Fairly Used.

Likenew products are slightly used or manufacturer refurbished items in mint & very neat condition.They may come with or without box and accessories. They are rated 8.5 - 9.5 on a 10 point scale.

Fairly used are used items with moderate scratches & scuffs arising from normal use. They are rated 6 - 8.5 on a 10 point scale.

>> How Do I Know If The Item I Am Buying Is Brandnew or Used?

All items would be clearly stated in the description. Please, read the description of the item you are interested in carefully. If you have any questions, please, contact the customer care.

PAYING AND ORDERING FOR AN ITEM

>> How Do I Make Payment?

Making a purchase for an item could not be easier. Once you find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply hit the  button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out. Your final price would be displayed before you complete the ordering process (no hidden charges)

>> Do You Accept Cash/Pay On Delivery?

Cash on delivery is available for most locations nationwide. During check out, please, click on the drop down to see if your location is included, otherwise you’d have to pay before delivery for your order to be processed. You can choose to Pick up your order and Pay at the store

>> What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all forms of payment Visa, MasterCard, Verve, Bank transfers, Mobile wallets, through our payment processors: Paystack, Remita. Our Bank Account Numbers are Diamond Bank 0023142308. GTB Bank 0116048801, Stanbic IBTC Bank  0003501165.

>> Is The Ordering Process Secure?

Yes! Our website uses the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information. Our ordering process is totally secure from beginning to end

>> Can I Pay With A Coupon Or Gift Voucher?

You can apply your coupon code or gift voucher during Checkout in the space provided. Your final price would be displayed before you complete ther ordering process (no hidden charges).

>> How many do you have in stock?

If you exceed our stock on a particular item in your shopping cart, the cart will automatically readjust and you'll be compelled to choose another quantity equivalent to  our maximum stock. This happens before payment information is required

>> Do You Allow Installment Payments?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer installmental payments at this time

 

DELIVERY

>> After I Have Placed My Order, Can I Check The Status On It?

Our site features doesnot have live online order tracking; however, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with delivery  information. If you need more information on your order, please, call us at 08129153282 or contact us by email for assistance. Please, be advised that for security reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order.

>> How Long Does It Take My Order To Arrive?

Delivery within Lagos environs takes 24hrs - 72hrs while out of Lagos takes 3 - 7 days to arrive

>> How Much Do You Charge For Delivery?

You would easily see the estimate of how much shipping charges would be by adding an item to the shopping cart and choosing your location from the drop down.

>> What Should I Do After My Order Is Delivered?

Please, check that your ordered items arrive as described and  in good working condition. If you notice any significant issues contact us asap, and provide details as soon as possible. Communication is key! Most issues are easily resolved by contacting us immediately and especially during the return window.

>> Can I Pick Up My Order Instead Of Having It Delivered?

Absolutely! If you are ordering online, please choose Pick up at checkout. Your item is usually available for pick up after 3hours. You will get an email/call if the item is ready for pick up. If your are ordering by phone or any other channel notify the customer care representative that you want to come to Pick it up.

>> Do you offer fast or expedited shipping?

All orders paid before delivery using your ATM card or bank transfer will automatically have their items dispatched faster. We have more options to ship when you pay before delivery because not all our third party couriers offer Cash/Pay on delivery service. In this regard, we'll ensure that we use the fastest shipping method when you Pay before delivery.We assure you of same quality product and service.

>> Who Will Bring My Order?

Mostly, we use third party couriers such as Errandex, Fedex, Courier Plus, Sachlight Express, ABC Bus Transit, Ekesons, to handle our delivery needs.

 

WARRANTY

>> Do Products Carry A Warranty?

All our products come with guarantee or warranty. All warranty are repair. Items will be repaired within a stipulated time. For manufacturers defect or beyond repairs, items would be replaced like for like or for a better model at an additional cost. Please note, Manufacturer's warranty is offered by the Manufacturer only, not Pointsource

>> Is There Any Limitation To Warranty?

Yes! Warranty does not cover spills, oil and water damage, physical damage and damage caused by power surges. For used items, warranty does not cover cosmetic issues. All used laptops purchased must have an antivirus or internet security installed to be covered. Any malfunctional/dead issues must be reported within the return period.

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

>> How Do I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order or request cancellation by phone or email, bbm channel before your order is shipped or sent out. If you have received the item or tracking information, please, read our return policy.

>> What Is Your Return Policy?

Items can be returned in the original condition it was received within 7/10 days of receiving the order. It is important you read our Full Return Policy

All returns must be shipped to us within 2 weeks after this information has been sent.

>> How Long Will It Take Me To Get My Refund?

All refunds would be made within 1 week.

>> Does the Refund include Delivery Fee I paid?

Sorry, it does not. We only refund the cost of the item. Delivery & handling charges are not inclusive.

>> Who Bears The Cost Of Delivery For A Return?

Buyer would bear the cost of shipping the return outside the return period

 

AFFILIATE PROGRAM

>> What is an affiliate program?

Our affiliate program pays you for sending your customers to our website. Affiliate marketing programs like ours don't require any fees and are easy to set up, so there's no risk to you.

>> What is the commission rate?

The standard commission rate is currently 4.00% on all our products.

>> When do I get paid?

You will get paid by cheque or direct deposit on 7th day of month for the previous month. For instance, the month of July ending on 31st. You'll get paid by 7th of  August.

>> How do I join?

Get started by registering as an affiliate on our website . We will review your application. If your application is approved, we will send you an email with further instructions.

Affiliate tracking code is a special code assigned to you; this code is added to the product’s link you'd be placing on your blog or website to drive your customers to our site.
