Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience
  • Must possess excellent written and communication skills.
  • Persuasive personality with outgoing positive attitude
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
  • Result driven, timely, innovative with good negotiating skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task, work independently or within a team
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Receives customers' requests by telephone/mail, analyzes requests and respond accordingly
